Mark Layton is the global leader for Deloitte's Enterprise Risk Services practice and vice chairman of the Audit practice. He is the global leader of the firm's regulatory, including Sarbanes-Oxley, governance and risk management advisory and consulting practices. Layton has more than 35 years of business and leadership experience, including a number of global marketplace and client roles. Eric Hespenheide serves as Deloitte's CR&S global leader. He leads marketplace research and global coordination while assisting clients address complex challenges with sustainability programs. He also represents Deloitte as an organizational stakeholder with the Global Reporting Initiative and has presented CR&S topics at numerous conferences.
